Systemic Therapy
The symptom stops being seen as an individual problem and starts being understood as a reflection of what happens in your relationships — often, it exists because it plays a role within that dynamic, even when no one notices.

About
I am a Clinical Psychologist. I work with adults, adolescents and couples, and I also facilitate therapeutic groups.
My clinical work is guided by a systemic and relational perspective. Alongside Systemic Therapy, my practice draws on Gestalt Therapy and Schema Therapy.
My purpose is to help those who come to me process their emotional wounds, to open space to listen, welcome and move through hurt and resentment, widening awareness and drawing new possibilities — so they can grow in self-esteem, develop greater autonomy in life, emotional independence and cultivate healthier relationships.

Approaches
Three complementary lenses: relationship, present moment and personal history. Together they support care that does not aim to fix you, but to understand the meaning of what you live.
The symptom stops being seen as an individual problem and starts being understood as a reflection of what happens in your relationships — often, it exists because it plays a role within that dynamic, even when no one notices.
Works in the here-and-now, attentive to what happens in the body, in emotion and in the contact we build during the session. Rather than explaining you, Gestalt accompanies you in the living experience of what you feel, fostering awareness, responsibility and more authentic choices.
Explores the deep beliefs and coping modes learned early in life that still shape your reactions today. With the therapeutic bond as a reparative base, we care for unmet emotional needs and build healthier responses.
Sessions

A space to slow down and look at what hurts without rushing. We work with anxiety, grief, old wounds, self-esteem and life choices, recognising the relational patterns that repeat and widening your autonomy and emotional independence.
Care for those building an identity amid demands, comparison and change. The work respects the adolescent's own pace, sustains a trusting bond and, when needed, includes the family as part of a system that learns alongside them.
Here the client is the relationship. We step out of who-is-right and observe the pattern both partners sustain together: the cycle of arguments, the silences, the unspoken expectations. The aim is to restore listening, repair hurt and rebuild workable agreements — whether to continue together differently, or to part with care.
The group works as a small relational field: what repeats outside shows up here and can be worked with live, supported by others. A space of belonging, mirroring and experimentation with new ways of being with another.
Expats
I work with Brazilians living abroad, their partners of other nationalities, and also with expats from other countries now living in Brazil.
Moving countries touches everything: language, identity, support network, roles within the family. There is grief for what was left behind, a loneliness no one back home quite understands, the pressure to succeed abroad and the guilt of being far from those you love.
In intercultural couples, the systemic lens helps to name what is not a clash of personalities, but the meeting of two cultures with different invisible rules about family, money, time and affection. The work is to translate these worlds — and to build the couple's own culture.
